Project Calculations Are Quantity And Planning Aids Based On Your Inputs. They Do Not Certify Code Compliance, Engineering Adequacy, Permits Or Safety. Review Site Conditions, Product Specifications And Required Professional Approvals. Company Owners Control Dispatch Roles. Staff Location Sharing Is Optional And Device-Reported; Last-Known Positions May Be Stale Or Inaccurate And Are Not Proof Of Attendance, Availability Or Emergency Response Capability.
These Terms Of Service govern your use of PlanVeyra by TeckNation And Your Workspace. Review these terms and the Privacy Policy before accepting.
Annual Packages And Signup
Workspace Package Pricing Is Provided In Your Proposal. Demo Requests Are Requests For Follow-Up. It Does Not Create A Paid Subscription, Charge You Or Activate Features. Subscription Terms, Capacity Requirements, Account Verification And Workspace Setup Are Confirmed Separately. Existing Workspace Access Is Preserved Until The Owner Explicitly Changes Its Package. Paid Features Require An Authorized Package Activation.
Your Account And Authority
You must be an adult with authority to act for yourself or your organization. Use your own authorized ChatGPT or verified customer email account, protect account access and do not impersonate another person. Workspace access and project assignments are separate permissions. Customer access is read-only except for specifically available intake submissions and accepting quotes or bids addressed to that customer.
Authorized Use And Uploaded Content
You retain your rights in information you submit. You Authorize Your Workspace Operator And The Service Providers Used By PlanVeyra by TeckNation to host, process, display and reproduce that information as needed to provide the service to you and authorized workspace users. You are responsible for obtaining permission to upload drawings, photos, customer information and other content. Do not upload unlawful material, malicious software, credentials or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Expense Tracking & Tax Preparation Reports
Financial Reports Summarize The Payments And Expenses Recorded By Authorized Financial Users. You Are Responsible For Complete Records, Correct Categories, Actual Payment Dates, Tax Splits And Supporting Documents. Reports Do Not File Tax Returns, Run Payroll, Send Payments Or Calculate Tax Liability. Technician Splits Allocate An Existing Labor Payment Without Creating Additional Expenses. Review Accounting Methods, Inventory, Capital Assets, Deduction Limits And Filing Requirements Before Using The Reports For A Return. Saved Report Snapshots Preserve Their Original Figures; Generate A New Report After Corrections.
Tax Center And Veyra Receipt Review
Enterprise And Active Bid Central Contractor Accounts Can Maintain Their Own Financial Workspace. Owners May Separately Authorize Financial Administrators And Read-Only Reviewers. You Are Responsible For The Scope Of Each Grant And Permission To Process Receipts. Veyra Extracts Draft Receipt Facts And Suggested Categories. Confirm Actual Payment, Amount, Currency, Business Purpose, Business Use And Duplicate Status Before Posting. Tax Forms, Supporting Registers And Fillable Organizers Help Prepare Records; They Are Not An E-File Service Or A Determination Of Tax Due, Deductibility Or Required Filings. Use The Correct Final Agency Form For The Applicable Tax Year And Entity. Supporting Mileage, Asset, Inventory, Tax-Payment And Adjustment Registers Are Review Records And Are Not Automatically Added To Expenses Or Deductions. Downloaded Organizer Copies Remain Fillable; The Saved Original Is Not Overwritten. Reconcile All Records Before Filing Through An Official Portal Or Authorized Tax Provider.
Estimates, Quotes And Bids
PlanVeyra by TeckNation provides document preparation and calculation tools. Confirm prices, taxes, quantities, equipment compatibility, installation requirements and contractual terms before issuing a document. An owner-entered Accepted status alone is an administrative record. When the named customer reviews an issued or sent quote or bid, enters their name, checks the agreement box and clicks Accept, PlanVeyra by TeckNation records their electronic acceptance of the displayed scope, pricing, notes and terms, along with their account email, date and document version. The customer confirms authority to act for the customer organization. Accepted documents are locked; changes require a new document and customer review. Prices are subject to change based on actual labor hours worked. Any additional project-specific contract or authorization requirements remain applicable.
Invoices And Payment Records
Custom IDs, due dates, late-fee settings, recurring schedules and partial-payment entries help you manage records. You are responsible for the accuracy of recorded payments and for agreeing payment terms with your customer. Late fees must be disclosed, agreed and permitted by applicable law before you apply them. Recurring schedules create records only when the available generation action is used. This version does not automatically send invoices, debit accounts, charge cards, calculate jurisdiction-specific taxes or verify that a payment has settled. Invoice Payment Screens May Link To Contractor-Provided Stripe, Square Or PayPal Checkout Pages. Those Providers Process Payments Under Their Own Terms. Review The Recipient, Amount And Currency Before Paying. PlanVeyra by TeckNation Does Not Collect Card Or Bank Details Or Automatically Verify Payment Through These Links; The Contractor Confirms Receipt Before Updating The Ledger.
Privacy And Customer Visibility
The Privacy Policy explains information handling. Share only with appropriate authorized accounts. Making a billing document visible to a customer email grants that account viewing access within this workspace when that customer signs in with the matching account email. You are responsible for confirming the recipient and content before enabling visibility.
Availability And Your Records
The service may change, be interrupted or become unavailable. Export and retain copies of records important to your business. To the extent permitted by law, PlanVeyra by TeckNation is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular project or the accuracy of user-entered information. It does not replace professional design, accounting, tax, legal, code or safety review.
Suspension And Ending Use
The Workspace Operator May Restrict Access to address unauthorized use, security concerns or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request assistance with your records through your workspace administrator. Record retention and deletion requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility And Applicable Rights
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, and do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory consumer rights. Project-specific service, installation and payment agreements remain separate from these application terms.
Bid Central
Contractor Profiles Create A Separate Bid Central Workspace And Do Not Grant Administrative Access To Another Company’s Projects. Job Posters Choose Whether A Listing Is Available To All Network Members Or Only Invited Email Accounts. Posters Must Be Authorized To Share Job Details And Documents And Permit Authorized Bidders To Import Working Copies. Documents Already Downloaded Or Imported Are Not Revoked When A Job Closes Or Is Cancelled.
Invitations Are Delivered To The Matching Account’s In-App Inbox. Email Draft Links Require The Sender To Complete Delivery; The Application Does Not Currently Send Invitation Emails. Job Deadlines Are Enforced By The Server. Submitted Bids Retain A Snapshot Of The Submitted Document, Job Revision And Plan Version. Later Draft Changes Do Not Alter That Submission. Selecting A Bid Tracks A Choice And Does Not Execute A Construction Contract Or Collect Payment. Parties Must Agree Separately To Their Construction And Payment Contracts.
AI-Assisted Plan Markup
When Enabled, AI Analysis Sends The Selected Rendered Page And Optional Notes To OpenAI Only After Your Confirmation. You Must Have Permission To Send That Content. The Service Proposes Existing Device Symbols For Review And Does Not Guarantee Detection Accuracy, Completeness, Engineering Design Or Code Compliance. You Choose Which Suggestions To Add; Applied Markups Remain Editable. Analysis Availability, Usage Limits And Provider Access May Vary. Manual Toolsets Remain Available.
Updates And Contact
