PlanVeyra by TeckNation Is The Application Brand. Your Workspace Operator Is Identified In The Company Contact Details. This policy explains how information is handled when you use this PlanVeyra by TeckNation workspace.
Public Signup Requests
Before Signing In, You May Submit Your Name, Company, Work Email, Optional Phone And Requested Package. We Use These Details To Respond To Your Signup Request And Arrange Account Setup. We Store A Hashed Network Identifier For Request Rate Limiting. Submitting A Request Does Not Grant Workspace Access, Enroll You In Marketing Or Authorize A Payment.
Information We Handle
When you sign in through ChatGPT or a verified customer email account, the service receives an account identifier and your account email. Supabase manages customer passwords and email verification. PlanVeyra by TeckNation does not store passwords in its project database. We store customer document acceptance records including name, account email, time, agreed wording, policy versions and a snapshot of the accepted quote or bid. You may provide company and contact details, project locations, drawings, device information, photos, labor records, quotes, bids, invoices and payment records. We also store the policy versions and time of your acceptance, contact-consent choices, submitted phone number, account email and a dated preference history. Choosing phone or email permission is optional and separate from accepting the required policies. First-login setup requires recording your choices, including choosing neither. The original form is linked to your account as a locked record. Preference changes and withdrawals create separate dated records without replacing the original. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and operational logs.
Expense, Labor Payment & Report Records
The Workspace Owner May Record Expenses, Business Receipts, Refunds, Job Labor Payments, Technician Names Or Internal IDs, Payment Allocations And Supporting Receipts. These Financial Records, Receipt Files And Saved Report Snapshots Are Available Only To The Workspace Owner Through The App. They Are Used To Prepare Cost And Tax-Preparation Reports. Do Not Upload Social Security Numbers Or Full Bank Credentials.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate users, control access, provide project and billing tools, save uploaded files, calculate document balances, record policy acceptance and investigate service problems. Payment entries are records of payments received outside PlanVeyra by TeckNation. This version does not collect card numbers, bank credentials or automatically charge customers.
Who Can Access Information
Workspace administrators can access information submitted to this workspace. Customers can access projects assigned to their accounts and billing documents explicitly made visible to their account email. An administrator's visibility settings can disclose drawings, photos and documents to those authorized customers. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.
Service Providers
PlanVeyra by TeckNation uses OpenAI Sites and ChatGPT authentication plus Supabase customer authentication and verification-email delivery through the configured email provider, and Cloudflare hosting, database and file-storage services. These providers process information to operate their services under their own applicable terms and policies. The interface loads font files from Google Fonts, which may expose technical request information to Google. PlanVeyra by TeckNation does not include advertising or sell submitted project information through this application. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or to protect the service and its users.
Browser And Cloud Storage
Customer sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies, including access and refresh tokens, to maintain sign-in. Estimates, drafts and custom Toolset definitions may remain in your browser's local storage. Plans, uploaded files, company profiles, project management records, billing documents and policy acceptance records are saved in cloud storage. Browser storage does not automatically synchronize between devices. Signing out does not clear local browser records. Use a trusted device, export records you need and clear local storage on shared devices.
Company HR Records And Reminders
Company Owners And Authorized HR Administrators Manage Employee Contact Details, Emergency Contacts, Employment Details, Licenses, Insurance, Training And Uploaded Documents. HR Reviewers Receive A Limited Operational View. Employees Can Access Their Own Record And Documents Marked For Their Access. Customers Do Not Receive HR Access Through Project Permissions. Saved Files Are Retained As Locked Versions; Corrections Create New Copies. Authorized Users Can Download Copies. HR Records Are Not Sent To Veyra For AI Analysis. When A Company Enables Reminder Emails And Connects Its Sender, Resend Processes Recipient Email Addresses And A General Due-Date Reminder. Messages Contain No Uploaded Documents Or License Numbers. Employees Can Disable Their Reminder Emails In Their Record. Company Administrators Control Reminder Recipients And Settings.
Financial Records, Receipts And Veyra
Tax Profiles, Income And Expense Entries, Receipt Files, Supporting Registers, Report Snapshots And Audit History Are Saved In Your Private Financial Workspace. Financial Access Is Separate From HR And Customer Project Access. The Owner Can Grant Financial Administrators Editing Access Or Reviewers Read-Only Access To All Financial Records And Uploaded Documents, Including Confidential Tax Files. Both Roles Can Download Copies. Only The Owner Manages These Grants. Original Uploaded Files And Generated Organizer Copies Are Retained Without Overwriting. Corrections To Profiles And Registers Keep Audit History. Enter Only Taxpayer ID Last Four In Profile Fields. Full Tax IDs Belong In Required Official Forms Kept In The Restricted Vault. When You Explicitly Request Veyra Receipt Analysis, The Selected Receipt Is Sent To OpenAI With Store False. Provider Processing And Retention Policies Still Apply. Do Not Send Tax Forms, Payroll Records, Bank Statements Or Full Account / Taxpayer Identifiers To Receipt Analysis. Draft Extracted Values And Review Status Are Saved With The Receipt. Analysis Does Not Post A Financial Entry Until An Authorized User Reviews And Confirms It.
Retention And Your Requests
Workspace records are retained for ongoing project, billing and service needs. Contact Your Workspace Administrator to request access, correction or deletion of information. Requests are reviewed for identity, authority and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some information may remain in operational backups or records that must be retained. Browser-local information can be removed using your browser's site-data settings. There is no automated deletion schedule in this version.
Security And Sensitive Site Information
Access requires authentication and workspace authorization. These controls cannot guarantee absolute security. Drawings and security-system details may be sensitive. Limit access to appropriate people, use account protections and avoid uploading passwords, access codes, complete payment-card data or government identification numbers.
Optional Staff Location For Dispatch
Staff May Choose To Share Their Device Location With Their Company Owner And Dispatchers. Sharing Requires Browser Permission And Runs While PlanVeyra Is Open And Visible, In Sessions Of Up To 12 Hours. We Store Only The Latest Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy, Device Reading Time, Server Receipt Time And Sharing Consent. The Last Location Remains Visible After Sharing Stops Until The Staff Member Clears It Or Their Dispatch Access Is Deactivated. Customers And Other Technicians Cannot View Staff Locations. Staff Can Stop Sharing Or Clear Their Last Location From Installation Or Service Dispatch. Opening An OpenStreetMap Location Link Sends The Selected Coordinates To That Service. Browser And Installed Web Apps Do Not Provide Continuous Background Tracking After Closing.
Location And Audience
PlanVeyra by TeckNation is a business tool for adults authorized to manage their organization's work. Service providers may process information outside your region. Privacy rights depend on your location and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes And Contact

Bid Central Stores Contractor Profiles, Jobs, Shared Plan Files, Invitations And Submitted Bid History. Jobs Are Visible To The Selected Network Or Invited Audience. Private Bid Drafts And Imported Working Copies Remain Account-Scoped. Submitted Bids Are Shared With The Job Poster. Authorized Recipients May Retain Copies Of Shared Files. Invitations Are Stored In-App; Opening An Email Draft Does Not Send It. When AI Analysis Is Enabled And You Confirm A Request, The Rendered Page, Selected Supporting Documents And Notes Are Sent To OpenAI For Device, Route And Requirement Extraction Using Store False. Provider Processing And Retention Policies Still Apply. Suggestions And Review State Are Stored With Your Account; The AI Record Does Not Store The Submitted Page Image.
